Terri earned her Master's degree in Adelphi University and received her certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She founded Achievement Behavior Services in 2015 when she saw the need for an ABA agency that can provide truly individualized care for all families.
Ariella oversees recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating potential new staff. She also provides case management of clients participating in the program. Ariella has her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Queens College and has worked in both the fashion and health fields working in administration and customer care. When she is not at work, Ariella can be found spending quality time with her husband and children.
Esti serves as an intake coordinator and Parent Advocate at Achievement Behavior Services. Esti attended Touro where she graduated with a degree in business management and advertising. Esti has 5 years of experience in office management. She is passionate about helping kids with autism get the intake process started as soon as possible. Esti has three children, one with nonverbal autism.
Cindy oversees recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating potential new staff. She also provides case management of clients participating in the program. Cindy acts as a liaison for our families, and therapists. Cindy is very efficient, dedicated, empathetic, and always has a listening ear. She's great at matching our families with the right therapist that will click well with the client and bring positive ABA therapy results. She helps families choose their therapy schedules and directs their clinical concerns to the appropriate parties. She's also there for our therapists and directs any of their questions or concerns to the right team members.
Dejon has worked with children, teens, and young adults with Autism over his career in their homes, as part of early intervention cases, vocational cases and as a Teacher Assistant in an Autism Academy. Dejon was a part of a program for families with autism through the Queens College SIBS program, where he assisted children with ASD and their siblings to socialize and increase skill sets. He is pursuing a Graduate degree in ABA to become a BCBA.
Carolyn is a NYS licensed and board-certified behavior analyst. She received her BA and MA in Psychology from Adelphi University. She completed her BCBA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology. Carolyn has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities for over twelve years. Carolyn has worked in school settings, group homes and family’s homes over the last twelve years. She has extensive experience working with all age groups and is dedicated to helping others meet their highest potential. She has been involved in research and has presented at numerous conferences over the last few years.
Jessica is a NYS licensed behavior analyst and a board certified behavior analyst. Jessica has worked with individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities since 2006. Jessica has experience working in residential and public schools, with adults living in congregate care, and providing home services including parent training and supervision. Jessica oversees all aspects of clinical operations, with a focus on providing support and guidance to our per diem team members. Jessica provides quality assurance by reviewing programs and goals to ensure they meet medical necessity and adherence to rules and regulations by governing insurance companies. Jessica works collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and oversee effective clinical practices and organizational growth.
Adam Lindenblatt, our Marketing Director, brings a unique blend of skills and experience to Achievement Behavior Services. With a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University and diverse past experiences in real estate, venture capital, and music management, Adam possesses a multifaceted perspective that fuels our marketing strategies. Having worked as a recruiter for Achievement for over three years, Adam deeply understands our organization and is committed to our mission. His dedication to excellence and ability to connect with our target audience has driven our marketing initiatives forward.
Nicole Vento, our staffing coordinator, is a testament to the power of education and experience. With a BA in psychology from Monmouth University and minors in sociology and childhood studies, Nicole brings a unique perspective to her role. Her previous work as a case manager for Early Intervention further solidifies her dedication to our mission of providing exceptional care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Nicole unwinds by the beach in her leisure time, explores new destinations, and cherishes moments with her fiancé Casey and her dog Lucie.
Erin O'Driscoll, our dedicated Administrative Staffing Coordinator, is driven by a deep-rooted passion for our mission. With a diverse background spanning education, customer service, and administration, Erin brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her responsibilities include interviewing candidates, onboarding new staff, and providing ongoing support to staff and families. Erin's unwavering commitment to ensuring the highest quality of care and support for all individuals is a cornerstone of our agency.
Sarah Creeden plays a vital role at Achievement Behavior Services, ensuring our payroll's smooth and efficient processing. She meticulously tracks employee hours and sick leave, reviews payroll reports for accuracy, and resolves payroll discrepancies through diligent research and auditing. Beyond payroll, Sarah handles various HR-related tasks, including unemployment hearings and employment verifications, contributing significantly to our HR operations. In addition to her HR and payroll responsibilities, Sarah manages our company's social media presence, enhancing our communication and engagement with the community. Recently, she also became a certified Notary, further expanding her skill set and value to the company. Sarah's journey with us began two years ago when she joined as an office assistant shortly after graduating from college. Her rapid progression to the role of Employee Relations Specialist is a testament to her dedication, hard work, and ability to grow and succeed. Sarah's commitment to professional development benefits her and drives the continued success of Achievement Behavior Services.
Julia holds a Masters in School Counseling from LIU Post and a Bachelor’s of Science in Child and Family Studies. She has been working with children and parents for over 15 years, and has experience advocating for children in school districts while being a part of Committee of Special Education and Individualized Education Program Meetings in Elementary through High School aged children. She has experience teaching since 2016 and has been working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities while obtaining her masters. Julia has a strong passion for helping individuals and families to the best of her ability. As an intake coordinator she makes sure all parents and care givers feel knowledgeable about ABA therapy and offers support and guidance throughout the process.

I want to take the time to thank you guys for all your hard work. I know your job isn't easy but I want you to know that your hard work is paying off. My son is doing things he's never done before interested in potty believe it or not he grabs my hand and takes me to the bathroom so he can sit although he doesn't do anything but he takes me. He eats oranges and strawberries that was unheard of a few months ago he sometimes eats with a spoon even if it's for a few seconds that was unheard of he's more attentive omg the list goes on. I just wanted to take the time to say ty and I have the best therapist in the world.
