Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) benefits individuals with autism by helping them develop essential skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve overall functioning in everyday situations. ABA therapy focuses on teaching communication, social interaction, self-care, and academic skills through structured, individualized programs.
